Onset of the March-April-May (MAM) 2018 occurred by mid-March and currently nearly all the ASAL counties have received favourable rainfall. Pasture  and browse regeneration is expected to continue as the rainy season progresses and is projected to reach the normal ranges in terms of quantity and quality by end of April.
